Hi! My name is Josh, and I am a professional photographer and visual storyteller specializing in capturing beautiful and meaningful portraits of people and portraits of pets. In addition to traditional portrait photography, I specialize in environmental portraits that showcase people in their natural surroundings. From a CEO in their office, an employee on the job site, or an athlete on the field, I love capturing people and pets in places they connect with. Everyone, furry or not, has a story, and it's my pleasure to help tell that story in a way that is both beautiful and true to their personalities.

My passion for photography began while serving as a U.S. Navy corpsman, and I've been hooked ever since. After retiring from the military, I pursued my dream of becoming a professional photographer, earning a bachelor's degree in photography and a master's degree in multimedia, photography and design from the Newhouse School at Syracuse University.

I take great pride in my work and strive to create a professional, comfortable, fun atmosphere during each session. When my clients are relaxed and enjoying the experience, it shows in the final product.
